These terms govern your use of Mizan AI ("the app"), provided by FAHAD SULAIMAN ALKHOWAITER Company, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 7055355676). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app helps you organise and understand your personal finances: it records and categorises your transactions, shows budgets and savings goals, and lets you ask Cortex, an AI advisor, about your figures. It never moves money, makes payments or trades on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice
Cortex's answers and the app's insights are general information produced automatically, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not licensed financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions yourself or with a licensed professional. You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Early test
The app is in an early private test. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own records of anything important.
4. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit usage (for example a daily number of Cortex questions) to keep the service fair and available, and may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Your data
Your financial data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy.
7. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of the app's information, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous 12 months (if any).
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes. You may stop using the app at any time; we may stop offering it with reasonable notice.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the competent courts in Riyadh.
